1. Who processes the data

2. What we collect

To sign in: your email address or Telegram ID. For your profile: name, bio, topics, links to your pages and, if you want, a goal and a follower count.

To run the service: your requests, answers, attachments, ratings, follower measurements, points history and program orders. The service never receives or stores bank card details.

Technical data: sign-in sessions, IP address and browser, to protect against abuse.

3. Why

So you can sign in, get tasks that match your interests, have answers reviewed, keep a balance, resolve disputes and receive a paid program. News emails only with separate consent.

4. Who sees what

Public: name, bio, topics, links (if you allow it), verification level and summary reputation.

Hidden from other members: email, payments, points, dispute files and details of sanctions. Staff see only what their role needs; the finance operator doesn’t see review texts.

5. How long we keep it

Attachments to answers and disputes are deleted 30 days after the task or dispute is closed; materials of an open dispute are kept until the decision. Technical logs: 30 days. Access and decision log: 180 days.

6. Your rights

In settings you can download your data (the link works for 15 minutes), edit your profile, withdraw consent to news emails and delete your account.

7. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies: sign-in session, interface language and theme. No advertising or third-party trackers.
