Terms of service
Version of November 3, 2026
Draft terms for the pilot
This is a working version for the pilot. The service operator will approve the final text with a lawyer. Items in square brackets are not filled in yet.
1. Who provides the service
Service operator: [operator’s full legal name · to be filled in by the operator]. Country and territory of service: [country · to be filled in by the operator]. Registration details: [operator’s details · to be filled in by the operator].
The service address is first1k.club. Support contact: [support address · to be filled in by the operator].
2. What First1000 is
A peer-help service for beginning creators: members review each other’s content, earn internal points for accepted answers and spend them on their own requests.
The service doesn’t promise or guarantee more followers, reach, sales or clients. The 1000 in the name is a reference point, not a result.
3. Who can take part
You must be 18 or older. You confirm your age yourself when you sign up.
Regular participation needs no phone number, date of birth or ID. The service never asks for or accepts social media passwords or cookies.
4. Points
A point is an internal unit of exchange. Points can’t be bought, cashed out or transferred to other members. Everyone starts with 0; there is no sign-up bonus.
You get a point for an answer accepted by the request author, a moderator or a curator. When a request is published, its cost is reserved; reserved points come back for places that were not accepted or were cancelled.
Mistakes are corrected by a new entry in the balance history. Earlier entries are never deleted.
5. Tasks, answers and review
A task you take has a hold time. The author reviews your answer within 24 hours; if they don’t, a moderator decides. Answers are never accepted automatically.
The author can ask for changes once, with a reason, or open a dispute. A moderator checks the first answers of new members first.
Not allowed: fake engagement and follow-for-follow, other people’s personal data in attachments, insults, passing off someone else’s content as yours, getting around limits with several accounts.
6. Program with a curator
The program is a separate paid service: a 3-week plan, the stated number of curator reviews and work in a group. Scope, dates, price and package are shown on the program card before payment.
The program starts on the group date, not on the payment date. A full refund is possible before the group starts. After the start, the finance operator calculates the part already provided: [refund formula and time limits · to be filled in by the operator].
The program doesn’t guarantee follower growth: results depend on your work and content.
7. Restrictions and disputes
If rules are broken, access may be limited: new tasks and requests are closed, but current obligations and appeals stay available. In serious cases the account is suspended.
You can appeal a moderator’s decision within 72 hours. Another staff member reviews the appeal.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in settings after signing in again. Your public profile is hidden at once; open tasks and reserved points are settled by the rules, not wiped.
9. Changes to the terms
A new version is published on this page with its date. To keep using the service, you accept it again. A program you already bought keeps its own terms.
10. Contacts
Support: [support address · to be filled in by the operator]. Operator’s postal address: [postal address · to be filled in by the operator].
